Charles co-founded Montum in 2015 and is responsible for business growth, investment strategy, delivery of the commercial developments and asset management. He previously held the position of Investment and Development Director at Thackeray Group. Before which he began his career at Strutt & Parker as part of the Investment team, specialising in the Mayfair and St James’s office markets.

Rebecca is our creative director and specialises in identifying opportunities and delivering on adding value. Previously the Investment Director at Viewranks Estates, a London focussed family property company, she enhanced the value of their mixed-use London portfolio via residential led planning gains. She was also an integral part of accelerating the Strutt & Parker residential development & investment team’s market share.
